The choice is yours! Cindy will assign homework between sessions to ensure you have mastered each step before continuing to the next. Some participants prefer to complete the course by scheduling two 5-hour sessions. Ideally, the first session is 3 hours followed by 2-hour blocks until completed. Most people can complete the entire course content in 10-12 hours.
